We’re excited to announce business futurist and innovation expert Ron Galloway as an addition to the RestaurantSpaces line-up, taking place February 26-28 at the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort.

Innovation is part of an executive’s agenda, but that agenda has grown in recent years from improving efficiency and processes, to creating new products, services, and business models. Galloway poses the challenging question: what happens when innovation actually becomes “disinnovation,” failing to reach new customers and actually driving existing customers away?

Drawing on insights from his upcoming book Disinnovation: Disrupting in the Right Direction, Galloway will explain why chain execs must focus their innovation mandates into areas which add new customers and satisfy existing ones. In his trademark highly visual presentation style, Galloway will inform and inspire attendees to lead meaningful change in their organizations.

In addition to his 20 years experience as an investment analyst/advisor, Galloway is a researcher and regular columnist for the Huffington Post. He is also the director of four films, including the business documentary “Why Walmart Works,” the first film to ever premiere in the U.S. Capitol Building in Washington D.C.
